這是今天全球 AI 基礎設施最真實的瓶頸：硬體以月為單位演進，電力卻以年為單位核准。This is the real bottleneck of AI infrastructure today: hardware evolves in months, while power is approved in years.

01 — 等電三年01 — The 3-Year Wait

20MW 以上大容量，從頭申請約需三年20MW+ capacity takes about 3 years to secure from scratch

特高壓用電須經台電區域電網衝擊評估，計畫書送審、變電設施建置一路走完，時間以年計。容量較小的案件通常較快，20MW 以下最快可在半年內取得。Extra-high-voltage service requires grid-impact review, plan approval, and substation build-out — measured in years. Smaller cases move faster: under 20MW can be secured in as little as six months.

02 — 有櫃無電02 — Racks Without Power

新一代高功耗液冷機櫃陸續到貨，卻因場域電力未到位，只能在倉庫折舊；次世代更將走向 800V 高壓直流。New high-power liquid-cooled racks keep arriving — and keep depreciating in warehouses waiting for power; the next generation moves to 800V DC.

03 — 時間折舊03 — Time Depreciation

晶片跌價快，等待就是成本Chips lose value fast; waiting is the cost

算力硬體的價值隨時間快速遞減。提早部署一年，就是多賺一輪算力財；晚一年，就是純損失。Compute hardware decays in value quickly. Deploying a year earlier means an extra cycle of revenue; a year later is pure loss.

AI 機櫃世代更替很快，一站式機櫃被視為下一步的趨勢；已經蓋好、或照舊規格規劃中的機房，可能得面對要不要改規格。我們的 AIDC 尚未動工，可以直接依最新規格規劃——還沒蓋，反而沒有包袱。AI rack generations turn over fast, and turnkey racks are widely seen as the next step; data halls already built, or planned to an older spec, may have to decide whether to re-specify. Our AIDC has not broken ground, so it can be planned to the latest spec from day one — nothing built yet, so nothing to retrofit.

機櫃與散熱系統整套採購Rack & Cooling-System Sourcing

客戶只要決定要跑什麼算力。尚未確定規格時，我們先提供各型算力機櫃與散熱設備的型錄協助選型；需求確定後依實際需求報價，客戶下單並支付訂金後由我們代為採購，設備直接進駐本基地運轉。You decide what compute to run. If the specification is still open, we start with catalogues of rack and cooling options to help you choose; once the requirement is fixed we quote against it, procure on your behalf after the deposit, and the equipment goes straight into service at our site.

鎖定嘉義高鐵・路科・南科・嘉科半導體供應鏈走廊。從員工電動車通勤到貨物運輸，建置可稽核的綠能運輸基礎設施；完成後將每月為國際企業產出無紙化 ESG 報告，支援 Scope 3 盤查與減量佐證。Aimed at the semiconductor supply-chain corridor around THSR Chiayi, Luzhu, Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) and Chiayi Science Park. From employee EV commuting to freight, we are building auditable green-mobility infrastructure; once complete it will issue paperless monthly ESG reports for multinational clients — supporting Scope 3 accounting and reduction evidence.

鄰近科學園區大廠員工自駕電動小客車，於本場域充電；充電度數與通勤里程自動歸戶，直接對應 Scope 3 類別 7。平台介面已完成，尚待與充電樁硬體整合。Employees of nearby science-park manufacturers charge their own EVs on site; kWh and commute mileage are attributed automatically, mapping directly to Scope 3 Category 7. The platform interface is complete, pending integration with the charger hardware.

通勤與運輸資料每月自動彙整：車牌×充電度數×里程×排放係數。平台介面已完成，待與充電樁整合後開始供應；規劃每月固定將電子報告寄送至企業指定信箱，供 Scope 3 盤查引用。Commuting and freight data compiled monthly — number plate × kWh × mileage × emission factors. The platform interface is complete and will go live once charger integration is done; the electronic report is planned to be emailed to the client’s designated inbox on a fixed monthly cycle for Scope 3 reporting.
